Accepted manuscripts are published online immediately after the completion of final proofreading and author approval, without delay for issue compilation. In cases where full-text access is not available (such as abstracts or brief communications), appropriate contact information or access instructions will be provided.
Retraction Policy
QIJACI upholds the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the scholarly record. Retraction of published articles is considered in situations where the validity of the research is significantly compromised. The purpose of retraction is to correct the literature and inform readers about content that is unreliable or ethically problematic.
The journal follows the ethical standards and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics in handling retractions.
Pre-publication Withdrawal: Authors may request withdrawal of a submitted manuscript prior to publication by providing a formal written request with valid justification.
Post-publication Retraction: An article may be retracted if concerns arise regarding:
Plagiarism or duplicate publication
Fabrication or falsification of data
Copyright infringement
Significant methodological or ethical errors
In such cases, the editorial team will conduct a thorough investigation in consultation with reviewers and editors. If retraction is warranted, the article will be marked accordingly with a formal retraction notice.
The journal reserves the right to take further actions in cases of serious ethical violations, including:
Temporary restriction on future submissions by the authors
Notification to affiliated institutions or funding agencies
Additional actions in accordance with ethical and legal standards
